I purchased my first rental property when I was 23 with very little knowledge and money. YouTube really wasn't a thing then and it was very hard to deal with many of the problems that had came up. Slumlords however attempts to maximize profit by minimizing spending on property maintenance, often in deteriorating neighborhoodsEven if you're not a landlord hopefully you can find this channel useful with your own projects.
