Tamara Rial, PhD, CSPS is a clinical exercise physiologist She is a certified specialist from Spain and runs the exercise & women's health service as an educator, author and mentor for professionals in the field of health and exercise science. She earned a dual bachelor degrees in exercise science and physical education, a masters degree in exercise science and a doctorate with international distinction from the University of Vigo (Spain). Her dissertation focused on the effects of hypopressive exercise on womens health. As an international hypopressive speaker, she has been the mentor of all the hypopressive teachers for professionals and trainers for practitioners. She co-founded and developed Low Pressure Fitness which is an exercise training program based on hypopressive, myofascial & neurodynamic techniques. In 2016, this program was awarded the best exercise program by AGAXEDE, a leading sports management association in Galicia, Spain. To date, she lives in United States.
